At Claudia’s Crystals, each piece is handcrafted with sacred intention and care. Because of the unique nature of our crystals and jewelry, we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. Please review our updated policies below.
🔁 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date (as shown on tracking).
To be eligible:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Jewelry must not have been tried on or worn
• Crystals must be in the same condition as received
Returns are not accepted for:
• Crystals with natural variation or inclusions (as all are one of a kind)
• Custom-made or personalized pieces
• Worn jewelry (due to hygiene and energetic integrity)
💥 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping:
• Please email us at claudiascrystals@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the packaging and damaged item
• Once approved, you may choose:
• A replacement of the same item or crystal type, subject to availability
• A store credit of equal value
📦 How to Return Your Item
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged
• Items must be returned in secure packaging to prevent further damage
• Returns can be mailed or dropped off (by appointment only)
💳 Refunds & Credit Notes
• We do not issue cash refunds
• Approved returns will be issued as a store credit (valid for 12 months)
• Store credit can be applied to future purchases on our website
• Credit can be used partially or in full
❌ Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed and packaged. Please contact us immediately if you need help.
