Return & Exchange Policy

At Claudia’s Crystals, we take pride in the uniqueness and personal energy of each handcrafted piece. Due to the individual characteristics of our crystals and the nature of our jewelry, we have established the following guidelines to ensure clarity and satisfaction for our customers.


Eligibility for returns requires that items be unused and in the same condition as received. They must be in their original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable. Please note, we do not accept exchanges unless the item is damaged during shipping.


To initiate a return, please contact us at claudiascrystalstt@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with our return address. Customers are responsible for shipping or delivering the item back to us at their own expense.


Refunds are provided as store credit only and can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at claudiascrystalstt@yahoo.com with photos of the item and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement of a similar product of equal value at no additional cost to you. This replacement policy applies only to local shipments within Trinidad & Tobago.


We offer local shipping within Trinidad & Tobago using trusted courier services. Local pickup options are available for customers in the area.


Due to the personal and energetic nature of our products, each crystal is unique; variations in size, shape, and color are part of their natural beauty. Jewelry cannot be worn and then returned. We handle returns and exchanges carefully to ensure your satisfaction and safety.
